50th Anniversary Activities

Wedding Anniversary Celebration

As part of our parish 50th Anniversary celebrations, all couples celebrating  their 10th, 20th, 30th, 40th, and 50th (or more) Wedding Anniversary in 2017 were invited to participate in a monthly Wedding Anniversary recognition and blessing.

“The love of husband and wife is the force that welds society together.”

(St. John Chrysostom, Bishop and Doctor of the Church)

Refugee Family Sponsorship Project

We, as a parish, committed to co-sponsor a Christian refugee family from Pakistan:  a mother, father, and 3 children—for at least three months (February to April).  Each parishioner was encouraged to participate in some way in this act of mercy.  There were ‘Helping Hands’ pledge cards and special refugee donation envelopes to help with this worthwhile project.

We also accepted furniture and clothing donations to support this family.

Please call the parish office for more information.
